- Mint leaves
- Lime
- Sugar
- Soda water
- Wobblegate Apple & Elderflower Juice
Method
- 2 Place mint, lemon and sugarin the glass
- 3 Half fill the glass with crushed ice
- 4 Churn, shake, stir
- 5 Add more crushed ice
- 6 Add Wobblegate Apple & elderflower Juice
- 7 Top up with Soda
- 8 Churn or Stir once more
- 9 Gharnish with a slice of lemon, mint leaves and a straw
