Ingredients
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Honey
- Sugar
- Nutmeg
- Ginger
- Soda water
- Wobblegate Apple & Pear Juice
Method
- 1 Boil nutmeg and ginger in a pan.
- 2 Place lemon, sugar, honey and boiled ingredients in the glass.
- 3 Half fill the glass with crushed ice.
- 4 Churn, shake, stir
- 5 Add more crushed ice
- 6 Add Wobblegate Apple & Pear Juice
- 7 Top up with Soda
- 8 Churn or Stir once more
- 9 Gharnish with a slice of pear and a straw
